Worse customer service and unprofessional staff . It always takes more than 30minutes before Nurse will call you IN. Please NEVER SCHEDULE YOUR KID TO SEE Dr. Rodolfo Sarmieto. He used his teeth to open syringe to give my 6 month old daughter her vaccine and then spilled it all over her clothes and moreover then tried to give her injection with same syringe full of air. He didn't even apologize afterwards. I never took my kids back there again. They are always rushing through appointments. Please think before you decide to take your kid to Midwest Pediatrics.

Is any doctor/doctors office do annual physical exam for both children (18 & 16 year old) at the same time, complete the both exam in 25 minutes (Most of the time updating the computer, I guess adding billing code), bill with every billing code that can be applicable for a doctor visit, even though there is no such checkup performed, then promise not to charge for it if insurance won't be cover but don't keep the promise and you endue paying heavy bill? You get that with Midwest Pediatrics! Midwest pediatrics even billed general conversations, such as how you are feeling as a mental and emotional health check, even though a patient brings up any other health concerns to the doctor or doctor didn't see any other concerns!
