She failed to follow up on results of UA culture and sensitivity. The sensitivity showed my bacteria was one that could only be treated by IV antibiotics. Because she didn't follow up with results of sensitivity, this was overlooked. I ended up in the ER and was told I was so close to being septic. I had to have a PICC line and ESBL antibiotics for 24 days. I'm surprised she still is working for Dupage Medical.
