Dr Hong is a great doctor for my mom. He is very caring, never seems rushed, listens to her, answers questions, and is always on time. He follows up with test results or with answers to questions when needed, and has helped my mom before and with follow-ups for several ,medical emergencies. We trust Dr Hong. BTW: the nursing staff (Trish and others) at his office are great too.

Several years ago, my primary Doctor retired. I did some research on several doctors and chose Dr. Hung. Dr. Hung is a thorough physician as my past physician of over 30 years was. I was surprised that he couldn't review my medical records from Northwestern Medical even though I have given permission to share between Duly and Northwestern medical MyChart.
