I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible team at the Endeavor Hospital Pediatric Laboratory. My daughter, has a significant phobia of needles, and we were dreading this appointment--but the staff truly performed a miracle. The Child Advocate, Christina, and the two nurses who assisted her did a phenomenal, highly compassionate job. While I only remember Christina's name, I want the two nurses to know that everything you did for my daughter was greatly, greatly, appreciated! You made what could have been a deeply traumatic event as stress-free as possible. Maddie was genuinely amazed; she didn't even feel the blood being drawn! This level of care and skill is rare. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. What a phenomenal group of professionals. P.S. The toy room and setup they have for the little kids is mind-blowing--be sure to check out the photos I've uploaded! Once again, I will always choose this facility for any necessary lab work for my daughter (though I hope we don't need to return anytime soon!).

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the medical staff at this hospital for their professionalism, care, and kind attitude toward patients. I recently received treatment here, and I was very impressed with the quality of service. Special thanks to the doctors who explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and truly helped me recover. The nurses were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was quite good -- everything was well organized. It's rare to find such a combination of professionalism and genuine compassion. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to your patients! I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality medical care and kind-hearted staff.

11/21 update: the morning after I emailed the patient experience team, they called me to confirm they escalated my request with radiology and apologized Original post: If you want to feel like a priority, save your time and go somewhere else especially if it involves Outpatient testing. The actual test experience itself was fine. I was told results in 3-5 business days. I'm approaching the end of the 5th business day here and no results. I've never waited this long to receive any medical results before. I'm baffled. My sister had the same procedure done here and got her results in 1-2 days. So I called the Nurse Radiology# today asking if they could give any update on my results. The nurse who answered was very rude and unprofessional off the bat. Telling me the Radiology nurse's department doesn't deal with this. And she rudely stated 3-5 business days is a "standard waiting period" in general. Trying to make me feel dumb that I'm left baffled on the 5th business day with still no results. And she so condescendingly said that she's had to wait for results before. This is "standard". I hung up. I'm waiting a week now to know if I have CANCER. My advice to anyone needing testing done is go somewhere else. I originally had my biopsy scheduled with CDH but switched to Edward because as I stated my sister had the same procedure done at Edward. I regret switching. Maybe CDH treats their patients with priority and works with some sort of urgency.

First, Doctors and Nurses are great. No problems and they were very thoughtful. My issue is that we are stuck with a huge balance bill from "Edwards Ambulance Service" while Edward Hospital just says "it's not our service there's nothing we have to do with it" despite mandating the service. My daughter "needed" an ambulance from Edward Hospital ER (in-network) to another specialty hospital (also in-network) provided by Edwards Ambulance Service despite being stable. Doctors insisted she needed the ambulance, no time to choose and make sure they are in network. The ambulance ride was pointless, I beat the ambulance there myself in a personal car. My daughter had no problems at all other than bruising from the ambulance staff strapping her in. Again, while I realize these are technically two different companies, this feels like negligence on the hospital's part to mandate care by an out-of-network provider and simply say it's not their fault whatsoever. I cannot just pretend they are not responsible to some degree.

Edwards ER. Is HORRIBLE , I recently came in for a visit after having a baby 6 days ago not being able to breath , swelling abd chest pain . The nurse who attended to me was so ride , and lazy in my opinion. After giving me medication that will cause me to have a full bladder instead of unplugging one cord she tells me we are going to do a non invasive catheter. Left and the entire bed is now soaked with my own urine and had to get up . I am a breastfeeding mom of a 6 day old baby so I kept asking for a pump to atleast stop leaking I was given gauze and tape and did not receive a pump until 10 the next morning . I was told repeatedly I had to be admitted and I was assigned a room and will be moved within the hour I was not moved until they brought the breast pump the next morning so ofc I woke up to a bed full of my own breast milk because I leaked through out the night . I was told I would see a cardiologist at 9am the next morning I sat in my room all day and told at 5pm I would not be seeing a cardiologist there are 38 people ahead of me and they may get to me tomorrow. The lack of sympathy for my time , and being a post partum mom was was just crazy . I did have one good nurse Fernanda who walked me out and helped with my snowy car but other than that I would definitely recommend a different hospital this one has gone down hill
