Fantastic clinic, very caring staff. Walked in and was greeted in 2 mins. Took Dexter in back and ran blood tests right away. Didn't have to wait long to consult with a doctor. Highly recommend for emergency services. Previous night another ER vet diagnosed ketones in his blood - leading to ketoacedosis. This vet also diagnosed a slew of other issues that were incurable. They offered to check him in at the Bannockburn hospital but gave a grim overview of chances of survival and what that might look like. After sobbing my heart out I had to say goodbye to my handsome guy - their compassionate way of handling the matter including the private room with a couch and allowing me to take my time as needed, was extremely helpful in allowing me to process this terrible trauma. Dexter passed quietly in my arms and I have his cremains and a ceramic paw print to remember him by. RIP Deckies.

Wonderful, caring, compassionate and competent doctors/team of professionals at this pet clinic. I have taken my dog there twice, once when he was 4 months old and very recently, at 1 year old. Emergency situations never happen at a convenient time and this hospital has very accommodating hours! With each visit he received excellent care-THE BEST. So glad to have this veterinary hospital so close to home.

We had to bring our older dog here last Sunday because he was unexpectedly sick and this was the only open place we could find who would take us. At the start they suggested running tests and keeping him overnight which would've been expensive and all exploratory. After trying some simpler routes first we ended up learning it would be in best interest to put our dog down. They laid out all of our options and we never felt forced to do one or the other. The doctor and supporting staff couldn't have been kinder. They set us up (there were 3 of us) in a large comfy room where we were able to sit with our boy until we were ready. We rang a bell and they came in to take his pain away but we all got to be with him which really meant a lot to us. Afterwards we were allowed to take him home and they put him in a dignity bag and loaded him into the car for us. After running tests, trying some drugs, and putting him down it all cost less than expected which was also a relief considering how unexpected this was. They didn't pressure us or rush us to a decision either, they were very respectful about giving us space to talk through it amongst ourselves. Since then they have called to check in on us and sent us a card expressing their condolences. Can't reiterate enough how much we appreciate their kindness and you can see they truly care about the animals and their owners who come in. The facility was very nice, spacious, and clean. Thank you all for helping our Dallas find peace and being so patient and kind with us through the process. Including some pictures of him too

My dog ate some chocolate around 10PM, I called and they were able to see me right away before they closed. Everything was prompt, and they were extremely helpful. I appreciated the kindness from the vet when he spoke with me and explained things and the tech too even after she had to deal with my not so nice dog. I appreciate it!

Granted my visit turned out to be the worst possible outcome I wanted to give a huge shout out to Premier vet! I brought my heart dog in for what appeared to be back issues but turned out to be kidney and liver issues. They instantly did X-rays and blood work for my girl and let me know the options and that she didn't have back issues at all but other ailments that were troubling her. They really did amazing and really cared about what the next steps were. They gave me all the time in the world to make decisions and talk me through everything and any questions I had. This clinic will have a client for life. I appreciate everything you guys did and offered. Thank you for giving Cinder the best possible end of life care.
