My children have been longtime patients of Morton pediatrics. After some of the recent providers have left (who I absolutely loved and adored), I wasn't sure what type of care that I would continue to see. It honestly made me extremely nervous! I have to say, although my kids have never had any major issues, we have absolutely loved every single provider in the office! Recently, one of my children has been struggling. I saw Stephanie Clarke, who thoroughly explained all of our treatment options, helped make a decision on a medication for my daughter and allowed me to feel included in the plan. Her kindness and extra time and explanation was truly above and beyond! I highly recommend her as a provider!

Just want to edit my old review to a much more positive one. My prior visit where I was unhappy has resulted in that issue being totally resolved. It was so nice being greeted kindly and having a nurse and doctor go well out of their way to make my experience turn around into a good one. Dr Wakid is amazing and Nurse Amy is definitely the other main reason i ended up choosing to stay with this pediatric group. Thank you all for giving me a sigh of relief that was very much needed!

Highly disappointed with our appointment/ experience with Dr. Wakid. We have been going to Morton Pediatrics for quite sometime now. Unfortunately, the doctor my son was seeing which we LOVED recently left. We thought it would be good to schedule an appointment with all the other doctors to see which one aligned with our healthcare approach for our son the best. This was our first appointment with Dr. Wakid. We had high hopes because of all the positive things we had heard about him and he is really hard to get an appointment with. Our appointment started with a resident working with Dr. Wakid without being asked if that was okay. I did not want a resident because it was our first appointment with Dr. Wakid. He was running an hour behind and we were the last appointment of the day. The first thing he said was a comment about screentime. It seemed like he was very rushed and talking at us the entire appointment. He was talking very fast not allowing time for things to sink in or allowing time for questions. I walked away from the appointment feeling confused, defeated, and that I hadn't been heard.

Dr. Lundy is a wonderful caring person. Great with my 2 little ones. I gave this place 3 stars due to one receptionist and her poor attitude. It is very clear she is not a people person and does not enjoy her job nor take pride in her job. I understand everyone has bad days but It has been this way nearly every time for the 2 years I've been going here...very unprofessional. If it wasn't for Dr Lundy I would be finding a different place to take my babies. Still considering going elsewhere just bc the receptionist is so unpleasant to deal with.
