My first visit was with Dr Imig.. she was very kind, thorough, and really talked & listened to me, to get to know me ( I had never had a Dr. spend that much time with me!) I really appreciated that.. the entire staff is very nice. I am private pay, the cost was very reasonable, too. Definitely recommend!

I am a patient of Dr Ford. She is very thorough and I never feel rushed. I called to see if I could be seen today (9/3). I was able to get in with Angela. She is very kind and compassionate and helped me with my issue. I didn't want to let it go over the long Labor Day weekend. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a Dr. Their office staff is also very helpful.

Great visit. The friendly office staff checked me in and I barely got seated when I was called to see the doctor - no waiting today! My visit with Dr Ford was enjoyable as always. She listens to what I have to say, treats me like an adult, offers advice in a straight forward way, and gives encouragement. Donna

This is a very well run clinic. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The doctors are among the very best in Central Illinois. I've also been to the physical therapy department, and the therapists there helped tremendously with my neck and back pain. After experiencing this office, I would recommend them highly.

Having recently moved to the Peoria area I was looking to establish with a new PCP and contacted Koch Family Medicine. I underwent a new patient intake when I called which included providing past medical history and prescribed medications, after providing information I was told that they with discuss with Dr. Imig and call back with an appointment. I did receive a call back call stating that Dr. Imig would accept me as a new patient and they would mail new patient paperwork to me and after they received the paperwork back in the mail they would contact me to schedule an appointment which would be in about 2-3 weeks. At that point, I did state that I was hoping to be seen sooner as I had experienced a couple of episodes of irregular heartbeat recently. I was then offered an appointment for the next day at 11:00 a.m. and was instructed to come 15-20 minutes early to fill out the new patient paperwork. Shortly after that I received a call from a nurse in the office who was inquiring further about my statement of experiencing irregular heart rate. The nurse went on to tell me that I would not be able to receive prescriptions for pain medications from their office, which I had never once asked for as they are prescribed to my from my neurologist. The nurse that called was quite rude and ended the call by telling me to call another office to establish with a primary care provider. I did call back and speak with the office manager, Brian, who also did not seem very concerned about the behavior and attitude of the nurse who had called me. I explained to the office manager that I have worked in health care for over 20 years, working in multiple specialties and have performed many new patient intakes during my employment and never ended a call with a new patient without provided an appointment. I was astounded that it would take weeks to get a new patient appointment with a primary care physician and the incredibly rude behavior of the nurse that called. Brian said that he would look into it and call me back, three days has passed with no return call. Before I hung up with Brian I did indicate that online reviews would follow the call.
