Duly Health and Care very good facility except for the parking. We are elderly and had to park a long way from the door. But the oncology staff was excellent and Dr Shahab is one of the most thorough doctors I have seen over the years. He is patient and explains thing well and answers your questions. I have great confidence in his ability
Dr. Regan is the best Internist around. He listens to what I have to say and always makes me feel important. He's never in a hurry to leave the examining room until we are completely finished and I am satisfied all my concerns have been addressed.
I really like & respect the team of DULY doctors I have chosen to work with. I feel they & their staff deserve 5+ Stars, but DULY as a whole has become yet another medical machine. They cram too many patients on the doctor's schedules, so it's almost impossible to reschedule in a timely manner if needed. Plus it greatly limits the time doctors have to spend with each patient. It is almost impossible to speak to a nurse or someone actually working in the office. All of their scheduling is outsourced to foreign countries. One time I had a "representative" try to schedule me for a 12 AM appointment. I tried to explain several times that no doctor is going to be in an office at 12 AM, but it wasn't translating, so I hung up. Another time I was dealing with an emergent situation, that did not require a trip to the ER, but needed to be handled quickly. I was transferred to a "nurse" who was unable to understand much less help me. I could tell this was an outsourced call center too, bc I could hear others speaking in the background. They also gave scripts that they do not stray from, which makes communicating medical information very difficult & frustrating. I don't mind trying to communicate with people from foreign countries. After all their English is better than me trying to speak any other language. But when it puts taking care of my health in danger, it is not a good situation. It is obvious that DULY's main goal is to cut as many costs as possible & make as much money as they can. Despite the deep care I feel from my doctors, DULY itself is a big part of what is ruining an already bad medical system.
Dr. Moja takes the time to talk through and explain everything when working through a treatment plan. I appreciate that I am a part of the process and have trust in Dr. Moja's obvious knowledge. I would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a physician!
Awesome doctor, amazing staff, caring for me and my family, informative, always available and responsive, they all made an extremely difficult time fighting cancer easier for my whole family. I'm 4 years out, cancer free and doing great. Can't say enough great things about all of them or thank them enough! Amazing group of people!
