He is very knowledgeable and gives his patients a lot of time to listen. BUT, the entire office system is broken! Can't afford to wait over 2 hours in every visit. If Dr. Lynch is running late then his office needs to communicate that early or schedule patients accordingly. Billing is somewhat questionable. Always get surprise of hundreds of dollars bills. Tests probably not needed or not covered by insurance. Want to talk to someone over phone? Good luck with that! If you're lucky you may get a call back 3 days later. Need refill??? Need to see the doctor first, even when you're on the same medication for years! Yet, I'm his patient over 10 years now.....

I was a patient of Dr Lynch and his PA Helen. Both are competent when you have an appointment. They don't rush or make you feel uncomfortable and are compassionate. UNFORTUNATELY dealing with their staff is quite a different matter. The receptionist is rude, and they only have an automated service to deal with when you call. When I spoke to Kelly after finally getting a call back she spoke over me and when I asked her to stop, she hung up on me. I am suspect of their billing that it is never in line with services received. There are plenty of good doctors that do it better.

Dr. Lynch does not know how to appreciate his staff for one. Second of all, his billing system and the whole system with calls is terrible. No wonder all the patients that we would encounter would be frustrated. Patients are definitely in their right to be mad especially when they don't get told about the hundreds of dollars they have to pay.

I have used Dr Lynch for 3 years now. Every time I show up for my appointment, I wait, wait wait. Sitting in a observation room for 45 minutes is ridiculous. In addition I usually wait in the waiting room for 15 to 30 minutes too. If this was a rare occurance, I would not write this post, but it's not, it's every time. Please!! quit over-booking your appointments. Customer service is important and you need to realize this fact. I really like Dr Lynch and his staff, I will probably continue to be his patient, but I would like his staff to be more conscious of scheduling times.

The best Dr. around!!!! Very caring and will spend the time with you to help with your current situation. Yes, you may wait, but that is because he is spending time with the patient he is seeing before you. Better to wait for a good Dr. than see one that will only spend 15 minutes with you. Dr. has been my Doctor for over 30 years, and always been there for me when I need him!!!!!!
