His phone staff very nice and accommodating to their patients. Highly recommend. He did a wonderful job on my nose with a follow-up. That's when I was greeted by the front desk. I rarely give poor reviews but his front desk were totally inconsiderate and arrogant.too bad because he is a good Doctor. The surgery center was the one of the best I've ever been to. I hope he fires his front desk and hires better workers to greet patients . Put a camera in there and see how rude they are .
Dr. Johnson is quite amazing, he always listens to my full concerns and then make his recommendations. He hasn't been wrong in the 6 years I have been seeing him!
We took our son to see Dr. Johnson, after so long trying to help our young son with his sinus issues. Our Allergist recommended him to us, and at first I was wondering if I should look for someone in Pediatrics. Dr. Johnson immediately connected with my son and made him feel so at ease. He was patient, kind, explained everything, and gave us a diagnosis immediately. My son is actually looking forward to having surgery because of Dr. Johnson. The team at the practice was also helpful, professional and kind. We will be sure to recommend Dr. Johnson to ANYONE looking for care.
With this office, I really wish I could give it zero stars because the staff is very unprofessional and probably the rudest interaction I have ever had with any doctors office. No matter what the situation is, the front desk is always rude and I would never recommend anybody with that type of disrespect. Doctors office I believe that they should be caring and helpful and they just are not. I will make it my personal journey to make sure nobody has to deal with that again. Doctor Johnson as recommended as you are you'd think you staff would be on the same level.
Dr Johnson is the best ent dr in the world!I was extremely uncomfortable for a very long time with chronic sinusitis. I even had a surgery in April 2016 that did nothing by a different doctor. Dr Johnson found out what my problem was& corrected it! My sinuses never felt this good in my entire life. I still have allergies but I can now deal with them without constant antibiotics! Wow I cannot say THANK YOU enough!
