Dr. Kotis is an exceptional doctor. He explains things in an understandable manner. He is very caring and concerned about your well being. Dr. Kotis listens to what you have to say without making you feel like you're asking stupid questions. You can feel comfortable in his care. I highly recommend him and am glad he's taking care of me.
Dr Kotis was very attentive at my visit. He went over all of my medical history with me as well as preventing future episodes. He explained in detail how i can monitor behaviors, how to keep myself from fainting, and how to eat better and exercise. Dr Kotis was also very nice and explained things in a way i could understand! He made some jokes with us and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Thank you!!!
Dr. Kotis told us to call funeral home when we brought my mother in the hospital with heart attack. My mom was fully awake and functional next day. Stay away from the doctor
Dr. Kotis is very attentive and really paid attention to what I was saying. Really glad I was able to get in with him. He may not always say what I want to hear, but he hasn't steered me wrong.
I waited months in excitement to visit with him to talk about my 7 year long injury to my neck and all the life changing symptoms that I had to endure. I went to see him to rule out any blood flow issues between my heart and my neck since I could feel my heartbeat everywhere from the neck up. I could feel my eyes vibrate and my pulsatile tinnitus has been so bad. When he found out that I could not hear as well, he looked down at his watch while I was talking and told me that it was my hearing disability that was causing my symptoms. He told me that my anxiety was probably causing them too. He said my senses adjust and adapt which is why I think I can feel my heartbeat in my ears. I told him I was not there to talk about my ears but my neck injury and the symptoms it was causing me. But he was condescending and unhelpful. He is clearly biased and outdated - I would look elsewhere for a more up to date cardiologist that is without prejudice. Very disappointed.
