Dr. Butt and the entire staff in the cardiology office were extremely friendly. Dr. Butt explained my medical situation to me in such a gentle, thorough way. She was so compassionate and understanding when I became emotional after hearing my diagnosis and encouraged me to ask questions. I truly felt Dr. Butt cared about me as a person and wanted to help in any way she could. In a medical world where most people are pushed out of the office as quickly as possible I was pleasantly surprised that I was given adequate time to process and be fully assessed.
