The computer call at 5:30 PM Friday for a Monday 9:20 AM appointment is ridiculous in that it said to call the office to learn how to prepare for the appointment guess what the office is closed at 5:30 PM and does not open until 9:00 AM Monday. Humans should call to remind patients of appointments.
