Patient
Lets start off with I like Dr. Massullo, he is a fine doctor and saved my life. The staff at this facility on the other hand needs some work. 1st time, staff great, 2nd time rudest person I have ever met, so bad I left my appointment after waiting 20+ minutes past the time and told the front staff to cancel any future visits if that RN/Aide was going to be there I would never be back. I doubt the doctor will ever see this, but thanks for saving my life, wish I could continue as a patient, but bad staff is not going to keep me around. Good luck in the future keeping patients who have choices.
