The care is great. The management by Duly needs improvement. It's waiting on hold for over 15 minutes (and having to hang up because it was clear that a human wasn't going to help anytime soon) to try to speak to someone at the office is unacceptable. Additionally, the call routing on your call messaging is not correct. If you don't have staffing - please invest in a better automated system for calls. You're DULY for God's sake! This is especially applicable when our senior citizens are trying to contact the office and doctor. THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR TOO MANY YEARS!
