Had a very amazing experience - Dr Agarwal's bedside manner, clinical expertise and ability to understand and alleviate the anxiety of family members is exceptional. He is also not somebody who would rush to do a ton of tests. He is very practical and his advice can be applied in daily life. Dr. Aggarwal is a great physician good communication skills making the patient comfortable. The 3 star reflects only on the reception staff. I walked in out of 3 staff not one acknowledged me - when I approached Razia rudely told me "I'm busy" one of will help you. As the three chatted among themselves I waited. Once they were through Razia said Im ready. At that point the other 2 staff members noted "I didnt know you were waiting". I ask their private conversations are more important than the patients.
Amazing Doctor.. it's so nice to know that he won't rush my mom and that he really cares about her health. I love his bedside manners. I wish all Doctors were like him . When a doctor listens to his patients it's amazing what you both can agree on or accomplish.
