Dr. Reddy and his office are excellent. My brothers hip surgeon contacted him a week prior to his surgery and wanted him to get clearance from a vein surgeon prior to his date. They just found a blood filter in the xray he just had done that had been placed years ago that my brother had forgotten about. We scrambled! As we were trying all out contacts at NW and might not be able to get before Monday of surgery, I came across Dr. Reddy and his reviews. Also his Hinsdale office was close. I called and they were so helpful. I even spoke directly to Dr. Reddy. He knew just what was needed and got us in two days later at their Plainfield office!! He was able to have the filter evaluated and cleared for his surgery. Dr. Reddy explained things so well. Very impressed. Thank you

From the very first meeting with Dr. Reddy (at a health fair) he was very helpful in answering my questions. I scheduled my appointment in his office. He has a great staff, and he was very informative in exactly what I needed to have done. During my vein procedures he told me exactly what he was doing and making sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. I would highly recommend Dr. Reddy for any problems you are having with your legs and veins! He also found that I had a Bakers cyst behind both knees and he was able to drain them. Thank you Dr. Reddy for all you do.

Horrible! It was explained back in mid/ late 2023 that my insurance has accepted the laser procedure for varicose veins. I recently had a knee surgery and developed a "superficial blood clot" causing blood to be trapped in my calf which in turn caused the veins in my leg to become extremely visible. I go see the "specialist" Dr Reddy who advises me its extremely important to get these veins "burned"with a laser sooner rather than later because it may cause serious health issues. I stressed my concerns about just recently having a knee surgery and asked if it was best for my body to recover prior to proceeding with another surgery. He explained it was in my best interest not to wait and get the surgery completed asap. Since he explained there would be zero cost due to the insurance approving the procedure we went ahead to get it done. During the procedure, he had a newer assistant who he was showing the ropes. He explained he has to stick a cord like object in my leg all the way up to my groin area. Explained he would numb my leg so I did not feel anything. Once the cord like object was near my groin, he kept moving it back and forth showing the assistant, and me, where it was at on the ultrasound/ camera monitor. When he activated the cord/ laser, it burned extremely bad, significant pain, near my inner knee consistent with where my knee surgery was. He explained it might still be tender from not healing yet - which is why I asked if it was better to wait genius. After the surgery I had extensive bruising, mainly in my upper thigh groin area coincidentally where he kept moving the cord back and forth to show his assistant its location on the ultrasound/ camera. I also had abnormal bruising directly in the same area where I just had my knee surgery. It also was difficult to walk as it felt like a cord was in my leg and pulling every time I extended my leg to walk. I call to explain my situation (bruising & pain) and Dr. Reddy kept telling me it "wasn't possible" for me to be experiencing any of it - basically calling me a liar without saying it. We went back and forth on calls and he finally agreed to my request of coming in to be looked at. Ultimately, I ended up going in for an ultrasound so he could determine whats going on. During the ultrasound I asked the employee (super nice btw) where the doctor was and she explained he was supposed to call me to notify me he was not coming in - nope he failed to communicate with his patient. So Dr. Reddy explained I was not telling him the truth with my issues and then fails to show at the appointment scheduled to address the issues which shows he clearly didn't believe his patient. I left explaining my disappointment. I then begin receiving phone calls from Maria and everyone else but Dr Reddy trying to fix the problem. I even received a call from a Terence (also super nice), who I have never seen or communicated with prior to this, trying to fix the issue. Bottom line is when you turn to a doctor, who is supposedly an "expert" in this field, you turn to them for help and blindly hope they can be trusted. Fast forward to today. I now am receiving a bill stating I owe near 4k due to the insurance not accepting the procedure Dr Reddy told me was originally accepted back in mid/ later 2023. Absolutely ridiculous and I wonder how a Dr can operate like this. IMO, and based of my experience, I would never refer anyone to Dr. Reddy.

I had surgery on both legs and the experience could not have gone better. Dr. Reddy is extremely professional as is his whole staff. I felt very calm and relaxed the whole time. It was probably less painful than having your teeth cleaned and the incision site was the size of a pin hole. I walked back to my car with no problems and was encouraged to walk as much as possible. I was certainly not expecting things to go as smoothly as they did. The best thing was that the almost nightly muscle spasms pretty much disappeared almost immediately . The surgery was done about 2 1/2 years ago and I have not had any problems yet.

Dr. Reddy performed 5 vein procedures on me in 2019 because my legs had been a mess for a very long time! Since I am a high anxiety type, I was very hesitant at first. Dr. Reddy took an incredible amount of his precious time with me to explain everything he was recommending. Because of my terrible vein condition the procedures were painful, but only for a very short time which I am sure that his skill and care was what made it go as smooth as possible. Before I met with him I looked at reviews from a frequently advertised vein clinic and what some people said about those doctors was very, very disturbing. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Dr. Reddy and his team to anyone!
