I had a health issue in my early twenties and 10 years later I've been to many a doctor and different PCP, what have you, and DUPage IM is by far the best of all I've been to. Dr. Shiva runs a tier 1 organization. His wife Dr. Veena and all the staff, both medical and office, are great. Jennifer Kern, APN was also a tier 1 provider when I was seeing her. This is the first place where I felt I could tell them everything and what I think would help, without fear of being labeled. They genuinely listen and then give their professional advice, explaining that what you think would help either sounds good or may not be the best, explain why, and offer better alternatives. It's clean, professional, and staff response time to things like Rx refills, or last minute appointments are quick, even though the latter is probably not the most pleasant for them, you wouldn't know because they are there to help. The online Patient Portal and the Healow App are awesome and make the aforementioned processes even easier. I could go on, but I think I made my point. Highly recommend Dupage Internal Medicine! P.S.
