My first and only visit to see Dr. Tack was in 2019 for a regular check up and I expressed having chest pains so he attempted everything he could to try to provoke that pain to arise again and overall made me feel very uncomfortable. Hence the reason I never went back and now come to find out I received a letter from a debt collector in 2024 saying I have a remaining balance when I was never contacted by them or received any notice beforehand.
