Courtney A. Noble, MD

I have not seen this doctor, this review is based on my experiences with her office staff and scheduling an appointment. After looking on Northwestern's website that this doctor was taking new patients I called to schedule an appointment and was told that someone would get back to me in 2 days, possibly sooner, but not any longer. After 7 days and no contact by phone or email I called Northwestern's call center who in turn got someone from the doctor's office to call me back. This woman was rude and condescending and stated that the doctor is not taking new patients, doesn't know why there is a green light on the website indicating that she is taking new patients, gave no reason or apology for no one calling me back at all let alone with the supposed 2 day guaranteed call back window, and lastly offered as a courtesy to schedule me with the doctor for 12 months from now. No thanks. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Dr. Noble is the best GP I have ever experienced. She is patient, kind, thorough, and an excellent listener. Always prompt, professional and respectful. Her response time is excellent.

Hands down the best PCP I've ever had. She is thoughtful and sensitive. She listens and is caring, in addition to being an all around fantastic doctor! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Responsive, caring and thorough are the best ways to describe Dr. Noble. She doesn't jump to conclusions without having all the facts.
