I understand doctors getting called away, but to leave someone sitting in a room for 45 minutes without anyone coming in and giving me an update isn't right. Had a 4:00 pm appointment and got in the room right away. Nurse did his usual thing and said the doctor would be in soon. That was at 4:15. I was going to walk out at 5:00 if no one came in but I fell asleep. Doctor came in around 5:10, asked a few more questions and said I needed to have some tests done. Wrote down who to call and left. Spent 10 minutes with me at most. Found out the tests were going to cost around $7,000.00 so they never got done. Then a month later I got a bill for $270.00. I called to see if they could take into consideration the inconvenience they caused and they said NO. They must charge for the time you're there. Unprofessional in my opinion.
