I referred my Aunt to Dr. Serajian as he saved my mother's life. My aunt scheduled an appointment cause she was having some heart related issues and I went with her on the day of only to deal with an ignorant desk person who advised Dr. Serajian would not see her because she didn't have a credit card for them to keep in file (their new policy) my Aunt doesn't have one and I asked why would a credit card be stored on file it's illegal without consent and she advised it's their policy. My aunt asked so she couldn't be seen by the Dr because she didn't have a credit card? The lady advised no because they need a credit card on file because if an appt was cancelled they could auto bill. I stated to her I was shocked because it's discriminatory because she doesn't have a credit card she can't be seen by Dr Serajian that's highly unprofessional of any health care provider especially by a Dr that was referred by me for my aunt to see. I guess this Dr is too high class now and is too worried about cancellations and not someone's health. Patients of Dr Serajian beware!! It is shameful & didn't make sense because she was refused on her appt time and he had the open slot and didn't get to bill anyone.

I love Lumen Cardio! Pamela and Dr. Serajian have treated me with the utmost respect. Such a wonderful environment! 10/10 would absolutely recommend! (:

I wish I could give them a ZERO rating. After a month on the phone and 3 referrals from my primary care physician, they canceled my appointment on the day of. Instead of saying that they'd scheduled me with a doctor who was out of network, they LIED and said the didn't receive my referral. NEVER go here.

Dr Serajian is highly skilled. He did my procedure and everything went smooth. It was very quick and painless, I couldn't imagine that was going to be my heart procedure. I went home the same day, he took the time to talk to my family. At the follow up appointment the staff made me feel very comfortable. I knew I was in the right doctor's office. I highly recommend Lumen Cardiovascular from a simple consultation to a procedure or complex treatment.
