My wife recently gave birth here and her postpartum recovery was terrible. We decided to choose this hospital due to a bad experience at Alexian Brothers for her last pregnancy hoping this time things would be different. We were in the hospital for 3 days and out of all the nurses we had come in only 2 of them showed any kind of respect and empathy for her. It's really disgusting that these people have a profession where their job is literally to care for people and do the exact opposite. I would never recommend this hospital and I hope those nurses and their families are never treated the way my wife was. (Stop telling patients to press the call button if you need assistance and then give a damn attitude about it over the speaker)

I was admitted here for just under a week back in October of last year. While my time in the hospital was just okay, the real issue came after dealing with the billing dept. to be more specific Amber. I set up a payment plan as one does when their hospital bill is large, and last month (march) I was double charged, a mistake on their end. I reached out almost immediately to the billing dept looking to resolve this, and have some answers on why i was double charged. yet the amount on my chart was not showing that as well. I was given the run around for nearly two weeks, while i was ever so patiently waiting for a manager to call me back with a solution. I was finally given a call back only to be told by Amber that she had absolutely no idea what happened. I said okay well when will you know and she proceeded to tell me she would give me a call that Thursday with an answer and hopefully a refund ( this call took place on a Tuesday) Sure enough Thursday comes around and no call- what a shocker. I finally reached out to them the following week on a Thursday to see why another week has gone by and nothing. At this point i felt as though Amber was blowing me off and had no intention of solving a mistake that the billing dept had made! After an hour on the phone waiting i finally got through to Amber and she told me yet again she had nothing and she would 100% call me tomorrow (Friday) with an answer. SHOCKER she never called. At that point enough was enough and i called Monday only to be given the run around yet again. This is when i decided to reach out to PAYZEN the third party company who had bought out my payment plan to see what was going on. They informed me that they had no idea what i was talking about and that they never were working with the hospital on investigating my account! This was EXTREMELY disappointing to hear because Amber had been telling me FOR A MONTH NOW, that she was working with payzen, because it was an issue on thier end. So after a month, A MONTH, of this I finally decided to reach out to the complaints dept. I was able to get through to i assume a manager whom i forgot the name of, and he was literally able to resolve this and get me a refund, in i kid you not 2 minutes! He then told me that he had just received an email from Amber while I was on the phone with him. So my question is if this only took him 2 minutes to resolve, why didn't Amber reach out to him in the first place! This whole experience with the billing dept was, one unnecessary, and two gave me the biggest headache of my life! For those with payment plans keep yourself updated and informed on them and check your accounts often. If you ever have the miss fortune of dealing with Amber.... RUN!

Went to the emergency room for back pain. I got right in which was great. They took X-rays, I talked to the doctor he said nothing abnormal on the X-rays. He wrote me a script for three muscle relaxers told me to cut them in half. I later called billing to see what they charged my Medicare. $2500. My brother went to the ER with nausea and back pain around the same time. They checked him out and gave him some nausea meds in an IV. They sent him for a CT scan and found nothing. His bill? $15,000. They charged him $9500 for a CT scan. National average is around $3500. The hospital is brand new and everything looks spiffy. Run away from this place. Ridiculous prices. This place should be called out by a consumer watchdog. Just terrible.

Took my mom to the ER this past weekend and she ended up being admitted. Mom's entire care team, from the Dr to nurses in the ER, to when she was moved to her room were all attentive and fantastic! The hospital sent Dr. Alsayed talk to us about Mom's care post discharge and I cannot praise him enough. Dr. Alsayed is gentle, thorough, and extremely compassionate. Although my mom does not understand Dr. Alsayed while he's speaking to her, he still maintains eye contact and speak to her directly, then give me time to translate. The attending nurses, Maddie and Angelika, were amazing. We had a great experience at this hospital and I recommend it for everyone. If you're in need of an endocrinologist, please seek Dr. Mahmoud Alsayed.

I will not give a single star... but that's the minimum... Horrible experience with this hospital chain. My wife did blood work in this hospital as doctor suggested. They send bill for $2,597.00 for withdrawing the blood. Associate Pathology Consultant did the blood test and they billed separately. I called Edward billing customer service and she said that $2,597.00 for just to withdraw the blood. They don't care about patient, they just want to rip you off through your insurance. DO NOT GO THERE... I have cancelled all my appointments... we are family of 4 and we are not going there.
