Initially tried to make an appointment at Hinsdale Orthopedics. While I was waiting for the third call center person to call me back, I decided to contact the second of two referrals that I received (Dr. Thangamani). I made one call and in less than a minute, had an appointment that met my needs. I arrived a few minutes early, was taken precisely at my appt time, gave my background, had X-rays taken, spoke to the doctor for 5-10 minutes and was out the door in 30 minutes. Efficient process overall and Dr. Thangamani was great. He is clearly highly capable, easy to talk to and provided clear next steps.
I've had several significant issues that have come up over the last five or six years, and Duly has consistently addressed the root cause which is dramatically affected me in a positive way. His staff is always attentive and professional. There are multiple sites which makes getting an appointment or visiting a specialist very convenient as well. My experience has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend Duly
