Patient
My GP arranged for a visit with Dr. Malinski after some other medical concerns made it prudent to follow up to see if I was having issues with clotting. The doctor is a wee man with a jellyfish grip, and a thick polish accent. (There are an abnormal amount of native Polish cardiologists in my area. Buyer beware. Poland Doesn't have the best college rankings, on par with Caribbean schools). Malinski entered the office, sat down, and without listening to my heart or asking a single question to find out about the hot and cold sensations I was feeling in my leg and lower back after standing for more than 10 minutes, or about a recent pulmonary embolism event, proceeded to tell me I had no issues with clotting. Dr. Malinski didn't review the distended veins in my leg, or ask about the history of stripped veins in my leg. He simply walked in and made his diagnosis. It was arrogant and ignorant. Trust me, you can a lot better. And it my be hard to do worse.
