My wife went here for chest pain, Dr. Syed said to do a stress test before doing angiogram. Said office staff said it as approved by insurance, wife made appt for the visit. Office staff called week before and followed up on the appt and gave her detail about appt. for today 10/13/20 at 10 am. Wifey goes for appt and they tell her when she gets there that is was canceled and Dr. needed to have Dr to Dr call with insurance company. We now wasted 2 weeks and paid for one office visit. The same type of issues happened 9 yrs ago when my wife had a stroke when having visits with this Dr. Syed and hes office staff. Now we have no trust is them and they will not reverse charges of the office visit of all of ten minutes he spent with us since we now have to go find a Dr.. This Dr. was a suggested to us by our main Dr. Should have gone with my gut feelings again on this one.

They deserve no stars!!! Dirty office. Doctor did not even give exam, just a script for pills, said take and see you in week. I asked what was causing the heart issue and he said "I don't know. Just take these pills, see me in week." Really???? Thank God I listened to my instincts, got a second opinion and found out what issues were and did not need new meds. But most importantly, the meds this quack prescribed would have made me pass out. STAY AWAY!!!!! Staff is all but adequate and doctors suck!!!

BEWARE!!!! I would rate this 0 stars if I could. This has been a horrible experience for my husband & myself. My husband went to this Dr & he then told my husband to go to another type of dr. He never gives my husband a name or phone number of who he is referring to. My husband's health is at risk. I call the Dr office to inquire who we need to go see. They plainly tell me they don't know. Then the receptionist says she will ask the Dr when he returns to the office in another few days. I call back a week & a half later & was told they don't give out a phone number or name as referrals. Then she puts me in hold because she did find this type of Dr that they're referring to & will give me a name & number. Next thing i know, a very rude office manager named "Charmaine" gets on the line & says they don't have any info for me. Then proceeds to insult me & hangs up on me. Wow!

Love Dr. Syed! He is not an alarmist, is compassionate and he takes my concerns seriously. The only set back is the office needs major updating and organization. I have been a patient there for 10 years. Office staff could be better.
