My daughter tried to use Smriti Goel as she was transitioning from a pediatrician. The entire experience was truly awful. They lost my daughter's blood and made her have another blood draw, something no one enjoys; then she called me as my daughter's emergency contact and when I told her she had the wrong number and tried to provide the correct number she rudely hung up on me; she made my daughter wait 2 hours for a virtual visit and when my daughter ran out of time and couldn't complete the visit she yelled at her that she was busy completing a pre-op; and now she is arbitrarily charging a $25 missed appointment fee for a phone call. Rude, petty, and disorganized. I have never encountered a doctor like this before. Absolutely would not recommend.

This is the most caring doctor I ever went to. I first came to her through recommendations from two other people, with a few health issues and she was able to help me where no other doctor could. She is very patient and actually listens. I can't say enough good things about her. If you are looking for a quick fix via drugs without getting to the root of the problem then she's not the doctor for you. Her office staff is the best as they get back to you in a timely manor.

I've never been one to see a doctor for anything but after going through what I've gone through, seeing Dr. Goel was the best decision I've ever made. In a nut shell, this great doctor took the time necessary with me to figure out my problem and essentially saved my life in the process. So fortunate to have found her and the great staff is simply icing on the cake. :)
