If i could choose negative stars i would ,I kept being told contradicting things by the company everytime i called . I Appealed my bill and they kept the first bill date without adjusting the billing start date so they tried to send it to collections! every time I called I had to start the whole process from scratch . When I asked to speak to someone that could affect my bill that I was appealing, and was flat out told there was nobody that could until 2pm despite what their hours listed (this was after being on hold for over an hour it was about 11am when they got to me ). It would have been better for my health to have never gotten the heart monitor for them considering, the months of stringing me along and the countless hours on the phone. The only thing that they seem to be on top of is collecting money, definitely not people's health
