Stat Cardiologist

The staff might not be warm at first, but they are thorough, understanding and really care about their work and service for the clients--especially popular with the elderly who were all quite relaxed. The staff is experienced in speaking and working with English, Mandarin, and Cantonese from abroad, too. Lily was especially communicative and matter-of-fact on the phone, and in person. Very good location and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I called to schedule an appointment and this lady over the phone would not speak with me just wanted me to come into the office. Mind you I am helping someone schedule an appointment due to her disability and was told just to have the patient walk in and bring her insurance card. Unprofessional, as the site even has an option to add an appointment request and a call back would be made. When I called other facilities with Stat Cardiologist I was given this number to the China town location and no one would help. This is a WC approved appointment as well. NEVER using this practice/facility.
