DO NOT COME HERE. They will bill you for services you did not receive and then when you try to dispute the claim they will deny it and tell you there is nothing else they can do. They are terrible at communication and you will constantly be playing phone tag. Billing department is rude and can't even give you comprehensive dates of a billing timeline. Better off going somewhere else. I would give no stars if I could.
My Cardiologist is spectacular. I see him out of the Oak Park office. I'm very happy and would prefer not to change. The office staff doesn't care either way. They either act like your phone call is a complete bother or they are just rude. It is also surprising to me that a Cardiology department doesn't have a service that you can contact when you are having a problem.
Dr Kabadi has wonderful bedside manner and shows true concern. He responds to you in a timely manner regarding concerns. I will only see him if I need to again. Most of the nurses are nice not all...
Was able to make an appointment same day, was seen before my appointment time, and overall had an efficient and helpful visit! I would definitely return if I needed to.
Great place nurses are nice but the people check you in are not Dr was nice but will see someone else in April wish I could go to the south loop location
