Terribly unorganized business... Please do not come here. Try and find a better clinic because you will leave frustrated and let down 95% of the time. The receptionists are rude and act clueless. The providers are always rushing; you see them pacing back and forth trying to attend to patients. Why take in so many people and make appointments if you can't properly serve everyone? Quality is way more important than quantity, especially in healthcare...
The nurse practitioner (Carol Kindleberger) "forgot" to put in an order for my blood work and didn't send my medications. I made an appointment for the lab (A WEEK in advance) for blood tests that are vital to ensuring my organs can handle my medication. I was reassured that the lab order is sent in and I'm all set for next week. The day of, I took off work and fasted for 12 hours just to come in and they tell me that the nurse "forgot to put the lab order in"... Usually, any nurse practitioners or physician assistants are able to write the order in their name but they immediatley shut down that idea. Front desk remains clueless and frustrated with patients.
Overall a horrible experience. Read and listen to the reviews, you're lucky if you come out with a good outcome.

I have been happy with this clinic for a long time. Now I will not recommend it to anyone. The reception staff is so rude that it seems that they run this clinic. They do everything to harm the patient. I did not want to write about that case, but today is the third time that a patient has been humiliated. It is impossible to get to the doctor here. They only make an appointment when they want. They do not pay attention to the patient's problems. In the winter, I made an appointment with Kateryna Ciselstka, the doctor's assistant. I came to the institution in advance. I was told to wait. I waited 30 minutes. I was told to wait another hour. I waited another hour. After 1.5 hours, they told me that she would not see me. Because she was not there. It is simply terrible. And they spent another half an hour to arrange the next appointment. And they did not give me an official certificate why this happened. Last week, I came to make an appointment with my doctor Claudia Sanchez. The same woman (a young Mexican woman with glasses, short) said she didn't have one. She made an appointment for me in September with another doctor. Okay. But please make an appointment with any other doctor as soon as possible because I need a referral to a rheumatologist because I have a very complex disease, I take heavy medications, I need regular tests. And my doctor is moving to another state, and he said to urgently get a referral to another. Imagine. You can't get to your doctor because this medical worker at the reception said you can only make an appointment with one. I asked to connect me with the manager. The manager, unlike those employees, is a professional and sensitive person who has to work with patients. He listened and promised that he would decide. A week passed. And today my daughter finally went to pick up the referral if it was ready. The same Mexican woman didn't give it to her. The child started asking for someone to call me. She spent 30 minutes. She went to the counter, and they didn't even call. My daughter called me and said, wait, they'll call right away. Some Polish woman called, they said. But there was no call. The child left with nothing. Only frayed nerves and wasted time. And I need to see a rheumatologist!!!! And how will I get there when the employees there are such amateurs. It's strange, because this is the first time I've encountered such a person. I'm sick and I know how patients are treated in other institutions. My family doctor is wonderful. But here the employees behind the register have a negative attitude. I don't know, maybe they work according to such instructions?

I am very disappointed and upset , I choose a Doctor in this Prime Care Office Name Ryan OTTO and they cancel my visit for today , they offer me a visit tomorrow and when I accept the time , they send me a text sorry that time is no longer available, I called the office and let them know that I have been sick with Bronchitis and Asthma and sorry there is no availability at this time . Well this a lone shows me the caring of these doctors! They don't care how sick you are , go to a emergency room and hopefully your able to walk into one . Thank you prime Care for your lack of consideration, especially when you Cancel my very first appointment with you , this right here are the type of Doctor's that do not care about there patients well being .

Completely disappointed. They cancel appointments at the last minute, giving excuses that aren't my fault. The ladies have little empathy. Prime Care is definitely not the same. I'll change clinics.

Phoning into this clinic is absolutely horrid, you have to wait in queue for ages and once you reach an operator, they're not actually trying to help you and are just ready to put you on hold or transfer you. I was looking to make a new patient dental appointment (not a new patient to this clinic, I've been coming to mental health services and other test related services at this clinic for years) but I waited in a 7person queue just to be transferred to a line that only says the voice mail isn't set up and it hangs up. I try again, waiting in queue two or three more times and wasting my time because the line to the dental clinic doesn't work and this line the operator's don't deal with the dental services.
