Smacked my foot really hard and needed to see if severely bruised tire was broken so scheduled an appointment for the morning. Easy to schedule and photograph license and insurance card as well as fill in forms. Received frequent text and email reminders. Arrived a bit early for appointment but lucky me, no wait. Immediately triaged and seen. X-ray tech was at a different clinic but en route and I was told it would be a 10-15 min wait. He served earlier than that, came in right away, set me up for 3 views and was done in under 5 minutes. Results in another 5. No break (yay !) and I was offered a couple options for immobilization, pain management and what to expect. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, collaborative. I was back home, door to door, in an hour. Definitely recommend, although it cutie give wise if no Xray tech available for longer.

Physicians Immediate Care gave me an excellent experience from the moment I walked in. The staff at the front desk and in the exam room were welcoming, patient, and very clear in explaining each step of my visit. The team of women who cared for me were not only professional and highly skilled, but also warm, kind, and truly caring, which made me feel like family rather than just a patient. I really appreciated how they discussed my case together and quickly decided on the best treatment. I strongly recommend Physicians Immediate Care; in my opinion, it is a great option to consider before going to the emergency room.

I was here recently for a regular STI panel. The doctor told me I didn't need to do an anal swab, as I didn't come in with symptoms. I told them I thought this was strange as frequently used this location, and that every previous time I had done an anal swab as part of my regular STI panel. The doctor told me "Not here." I didn't see a point arguing over it. This poor experience motivated me to try and get a PCP closer to me for regular STI panels. I told them what happened and they instantly ordered the anal swab as it should have been done weeks before that. A reminder for everyone to advocate for themselves, as doctors won't always advocate for you.

I am writing to formally express my concern about the behavior of one of your receptionists during my recent visit to your clinic. I have visited this location several times in the past. During my first two visits, I was assisted by one of the receptionist who was very kind, respectful, and professional. She listened to me carefully, accepted my insurance, and ensured the process went smoothly. The care I received from the medical team was also excellent. However, during my recent visit, I was assisted by a different receptionist (a White woman), and my experience was completely different. She was rude, dismissive, and showed what I felt was discriminatory behavior. She did not listen to me properly and told me that my insurance was not accepted, insisting that I needed to pay $130 upfront. I did not have an issue with paying, but her attitude was very disrespectful and unprofessional. What made this more concerning is that I have visited the same Immediate Care physician at three other branch locations, and all of them accepted my insurance card without any issue. This receptionist also claimed that the clinic "never accepts insurance," which is not true, as I had already been seen at this same location twice before using the same insurance. I believe I was treated unfairly and possibly discriminated against. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated and that steps be taken to ensure all patients are treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect, regardless of background.

Great place to go if you ever need a quick medical visit for a discomfort or issue you're facing. I had a week with a soar throat, sinus and headaches that robitussin nor Vicks vaporub were cutting it. So I went here to get looked at, the front desk personnel was very friendly, the nurse that first took care of me was very friendly and professional and Dr. Supranowicz was amazing she gave me a anti biotic I needed for my upper trat infection and so far is all worked out. If you're in the area , you can easily stop by here. Great place!
