Horrible scheduling experience. The doctors will randomly become "unavailable" for a pre-scheduled appointment date, and end up moving the appointment 2+ months out. Then they'll do it again, and again. I've now been bumped twice for an appointment where I was supposed to see a doctor in May and now it's MAYBE going to be in October. It doesn't feel like anyone at NM cares, so long as they get to charge my insurance.

Wow - I'm so impressed with the care I received here. I met with both Dr. Laura Davidson and fellow Dr. Hourmozdi, and both were kind, thorough, and spent all the time I needed to explain every scenario, test, etc and answer all of my questions. There are many doctors in this clinic but even so I found the lobby to be running very smoothly and everyone who helped me check in etc was kind and prompt. Walk in lab was in and out as well and the staff was equally personable, prompt, and courteous. I highly recommend this Clinic.

The hospital is big and somewhat confusing if you've never been. I got off on the wrong floor and decided to take the stairs up one flight. The door did not have a sign saying not to use the stairwell and after walking down 8 flights of stairs and being met by locked doors on every floor, I was freaking out. Thankfully/coincidentally my doctor called me for something and they were able to let me in on a different floor. Not a great first experience there navigation wise. Cardiology was nice and pleasant, my doctor answered all my questions. There was a lot of awkward silence in the room any time someone came in so I would say that the staff is not very Interested in small talk like most of my other providers are.

I have always had great care here; Northwestern has a great team of clinicians. The team is excellent and everyone is always nice and professional. The nurses do amazing work!
