Patient
Dr. Wasserlauf was the only good thing about this office. Otherwise I would not recommend this office. My original appointment was rescheduled a few days before due to the doctor "not having availability" even though I had scheduled several weeks in advance. I rescheduled and I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment because "the doctors are sharing rooms". I don't know why that would allow for 6 other people who came after me to be seen first. This office is unprofessional and rude they even asked me to take my own blood pressure before my appointment, like does the office no longer do that? When did that become my job? I also feel as though I was not being taken seriously because of my age at a cardiologist office everyone who was seen before myself was double my age. Everyone in the waiting room was called to their appointment before me. The waiting room was cleared twice and I still wasn't seen, I had asked the second time why i haven't been seen and then made a big stink about how the waiting room was cleared out twice before the nurse went to check on why I wasn't seen instead of having gossip hour at the reception desk. Then they took my blood pressure immediately after I was upset about jot being seen and it was 20 points above where it normally is. EKG took 3 minutes as opposed to every other EKG I have done taking more than 10 min. Overall this office was incredibly unprofessional and I would not recommend it to anyone younger than 30 because I was clearly not taken seriously at all and I think it was because of my age, every other patient was given proper care except myself.
