Good Doctor. But HORRIBLE front desk/ assistant Martha.( Armitsge location) Even having COVID & being very weak. Doctor wanted me to make a tele appointment with him. Who is my family doctor and Martha called me in morning to lecture me on a TELE appointment with Doctor & did nothing. Then through app chat she told me to go to a urgent care! Instead of booking my TELE appointment as doctor wanted. So if your dying an this is your doctor you won't get assistance with the good doctor . Due to this Martha person. Very difficult. Not sure the purpose it serves to have her if she don't care about ppl an can't even assist an book a tele appointment . Very unfortunate. I noticed other reviews on varies platforms that also mentioned the negativity observations of the front desk/ Assistant which is mainly Martha. So not just my review saying something no one else had said in different words. With decent caring professional at the front desk an Assisting the Doctor would be 5 stars. But unfortunately they have Martha who don't care & is unprofessional. Don't understand why ppl choose careers if their heart isn't in it at all. Don't you do the career you choose the rest of your life, for the most part. That's a long time to do a career if your heart is not at all in it.bwhen/ if I get better I will address to Anita Human resources. With the hopes of no one else going through this when they are already sick an contact the doctor for support not for this drawn out unprofessionalis with chats & call s . With absolutely no assistance from Martha.

Dr Lasala is a great, compassionate and caring doctor. He listens and genuinely cares about patients health and well being. I would and have recommended many friends to Dr Lasala. The consensus is we all love and appreciate him as our doctor. Thanks for your knowledge and caring approach!!

Awful experience through and through. Had an appointment, but still had to wait over an hour. Dr. Lasala just complained about the EPIC app and typed extremely slowly for the full appointment. They said I could come back in for bloodwork the next day and walk right in and out. Instead I had to wait another hour in the lobby where other waiting patients were playing games on full volume. I never received a follow-up from Lasala to discuss the results even though I called multiple times. Ended up billing my insurance wrong and costing me lots of money. Avoid this place and go anywhere else.

You could spend the whole day trying to call here.Nobody answers really irresponsible.I suggest just go to anybody else but this place there is no office management this place is the worst customer service in chicago told by more thin 600 customers this place is a joke..

Walked and and felt like they played the race card. Not very helpful and it's like you being a fly on the walk being swatted away. Unprofessional at the front desk as well.
