The doctor is kind and competent, but his medical assistant is among the worst I've encountered. She doesn't answer phone calls, ignores pharmacy refill requests, and fails to assist patients with their needs. To get anything done, you're forced to go to the office in person. She is unprofessional and rude--far below the standards expected in a medical setting

This week my pharmacy sent a refill prescription to Dr. Hussein's office and when I called the doctor's office the front office staff said they cannot find it and my pharmacy sent it three different times. So for a whole week I was without my asthma. Inhaler and it was difficult so I finally called the doctor's emergency number at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and left an angry message with the answering service. Why I'm being denied my refills? The doctor is not a good doctor in my opinion when he has an office staff that is very rude to people and she put me on hold twice two different days and after about 8 minutes it cut off and I called her back one time and she hung up on me in anger. The doctor needs to get his staff under control. There's many views unhappy with his staff 's actions and the doctor takes no actions to correct his staff. It seems like they are very rude, rude, rude, rude

Best cardiologist and primary doctor. Very efficient, helpful and dedicated to his profession.

I would have given 4 stars cause Dr. Hussain is good at what he does. The office staff here on the other hand are very rude. They don't seem to care about the patients or their job. I spoke with a very ignorant, inconsiderate, lazy woman today. I was calling to find out when my mother in laws next appointment is or if I needed to schedule one for her. The woman I spoke with was so rude, she told me that the number I called was for another Dr(that works in the same office) and that my mother in law is not his patient. I couldn't remember the name of my mother in laws Dr, if I heard the name I'd know, but this lady didn't want to tell me any of the other Drs names. She just kept telling me I called the wrong number and that I need to find out the patients Dr and call him. She didn't want to do anything to help me out. My mother in law is a diabetic and has other medical issues and she's out of her prescriptions. I needed someone to help me schedule an appointment for her and how I can get her prescriptions refilled in the meantime.

Very disappointed and being accused me for sended my mom back to hospital since l explained everything then hunged up on me for no reason because l wasn't finished though he was like ok bye. So far l have a health issue and disabled but actually he doesn't care about it though. Disrespectful. Thanks whole lot, Dr. Hussain!
