Dr Sadek, was pushing pills the same medication as the ER at St Mary's referred me to the same doctor who when I was impatient at St Mary's yrs ago when Suboxone was basically new they almost killed me giving me Suboxone with fentanyl patches and Dilaudid shots every few hours and I was taken off 170 methadone and 1 day prior, so I still didn't want to go to his clinic, not having any other options for the day I wasn't given the medication and the terrible doctor in ER was telling me after being on my Klonopin for 20 yrs and tell me to buy them on the street and gave me atarax the social worker said he is responsible and gives all patients that medication which as it turns out he had given everyone who stood outside selling them in plain sight but with my situation needing them he refused saying it's not his problem for my doctor having a baby and it's up to the same clinic to medicate me and he was giving anyone that paid cash for the visit and obviously selling the Xanax saying he's afraid to give them 2j bars because it's a bad reputation so only give the 1 mg football and then I a person who was very sick needing My meds and been on them for my whole life and my disability is anxiety panic disorder. How disgusting

The front desk lady is not professional they don't call by order but by choice .. Been waiting 3 hrs, after I complaint ,they call me, the doctor in charge clise his door, looks like didn't want to Doris job.

I waited for 5 hours for a visit with a doctor who didn't listen to me and ordered tests I explained that I did not need or want. The doctor told me I likely DON'T have a certain condition because it runs in my family.... which doesn't make sense to me. And then the doctor asked about all kinds of other things. At this moment, I informed the doctor that I am iron deficient and already know this and already take iron for it. The doctor took it upon herself to order an iron test I didn't want or need anyway, and I did not know that I was getting this test as I thought the blood test was for other things. Then I received 6 bills for that one appointment totaling over $500 and they told me the iron test was an extra charge as well as a couple other things. I did not even receive the help I initially walked in there for but I left with bills for services I did not need at all. It feels like I got up-charged for money purposes but didn't receive the medical services I was asking about... And when I called to ask what I was billed for, there were issues with the billing documentation. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. UPDATE: I paid my balance owed for the blood test. 5 months have now passed since I got the blood test and I just received a new bill for it. Don't let this place take advantage of you. I don't understand why I would have a NEW bill for the same test from 5 months ago but I'm being told by the billing company to contact my insurance and being told by insurance to contact the billing company. I don't know how to stop being charged for services I already paid for.

I have been a patient there for over 15 years. I never had any issues with any of my doctors there,in fact I like all the doctors and the stuff there. Unfortunately I am looking for another doctor or clinic. A month ago I went for my regular visit I am diabetic and it requires often evaluations,blood tests and physicals. I was seen by a new doctor Anca Bulgariu. I did a blood test with her and gave me instructions of procedures to follow. She gave me a prescription of pills with 30 days and said to approve for a refill when I ran out. I called my pharmacy to give her a call for a refill but she never responded! It's critical that I get my medications just like any o other patients that depends on it. I called the clinic two times in the period of 2 weeks asking fir her to respond for the approval but not answer! How irresponsable is that! I am sorry buy that was the last time I went to that clinic!

I've been calling this office for about 2 months trying to speak to the doctor about my insulin mind u I been with this office for about 12 years never have they treated me as horrible as they have these two months I haven't been able to get a call back been with out my medication for two months been leaving messages no ones called called today spoke to someone named Cristal and I explained to her the situation and her response was well u will just have to wait for a call back in like excuse me wait for a call back I been calling and leaving messages for like two months this is so unprofessional this use to be such a great doctors office. At this point I feel like they aren't doing their job and I'ma going to start looking for a lawyer cause this is definitely not professional
