Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Carell and his staff! He puts you at ease and explains in detail what treatments and procedures will work for my situation. He is reassuring and confident when he talks to me. He takes his time to make sure I understand. I felt he truly cares about me not only as a patient but as a person. I feel very confident in his care. Rosie is so sweet and caring. Very down to earth but still professional and caring. I felt such care from all the staff. I wish I caught the name of the staff person who checked me out and gave me information about my next appointment and procedure and when to expect a call to set it up. She was so accommodating and pleasant. Again, the care and detail I was given was outstanding!! It is so comforting to know that a doctor can instill such confidence in his patients and put their worries at ease!
