A fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist, Dr. Dehnee specializes in all aspects of cardiology, with experience in fractional flow reserve (FFR) and iFR, a guide wire-based procedure that accurately measures blood pressure and flow through a specific part of the coronary artery which is useful in assessing whether or not to perform angioplasty or stenting on borderline blockages. Dr. Dehnee has a particular interest in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral vascular disease and catheter based treatment of deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Dr. Dehnee's care philosophy focuses on treating the patient as a whole rather than an organ with emphasis on prevention and modifying risk factor.
