Well if you want to meet the most incompetent office staff and waste at least a half hour of your time this is the place for you. The docs may be fine but the staff is useless. First went there in October. Signed in, with an empty waiting room and could see the person eating their tacos. Fine, after 30 minutes gave me the sheets to fill out. With greasy finger prints. Then after I hand it in, 30 minutes later, again waiting room still empty, I'm told that I need a referral. Even thought I saw the doc in the hospital. So an hour gone. The office staff ate and I didn't have an appointment. Now today go back there. Sign in, fill out the form and give it back. 30 minutes later I'm told they don't have a referral. 45 minutes gone. I know it was sent over yesterday, but I give them 10 minutes to find it. As I'm getting ready to leave, like a Christmas miracle they found the referral. I get in the room, the rude aide asks what is the pharmacy I use, I say osco on Cumberland. EVERY other office on talcott know where that is. Not this one. I'm told to get my phone and look it up. It then asks what meds I'm on. Even though that doc was the prescribing doc. It is upset about that because now it had to pull it up from my records. I could go on, but if you want to waste your time.......this is the place! I guess they are the only Dr office in town. Except for the 5 other ones in that building alone. But they have plenty of seniors to get insurance money from. So who cares!
