They are in suite g700. Take elevator G on your left when you enter the main lobby. They do not validate parking. The pay to park machine refused to give me a ticket, it only gave me a receipt. I had to have someone manually open the gate to get out. The receptionist had me both initial and sign on an electronic signature pad that didn't say anything about what I was signing. For all I know I just signed a power of attorney and a DNR.

he does not call back tryed 6 times to talk to him about some test results and he told my daughter i had had a heart attack from test resullts but she was driving and said call my mom he said yes i will, tryed 1 time in 2 weeks and i was sleeping due to pain medication for broke tooth so i do not know more than that he could left a message and time he would call but has not followed up at all not happy with this doctor.
