I called on a day that they were supposed to be open and it's telling me to call back if it's not an emergency or wait for an on call physician but then tells me it's not an emergency so call when they are open! The hours clearly say it's open. This was a Friday at 3 and they are open until 5!!

Everyone, other than the nurse who checked my vitals, was condescending and rude. I have never felt more disrespected in a clinic setting than I did here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and returned for my follow up appointment, hoping that I might have just arrived on a bad day. Each time I've visited this clinic, I am greeted with the same attitude by the reception staff and the doctor.

Customer service, empathy and friendliness sucks big time! The worse clinic to ever walk in to and they have no customer service or people skills. They need to be re-trained on how to deal with people, be friendly and show empathy. Now I understand why this locations looks empty all the time. People have said to me that the lady that sits in the middle desk has the worst attitude, rolling her eyes, and has an attitude all the time, never friendly.

The front desk ladies have ZERO customer service skills. Consistently over the years - rude, over talking, inpatient and snarky attitude. You would think they would be in a good mood atleast once , its always the same I dont give a ____ attitude. They represent the company so poorly. They make it so difficult and stressful to obtain the simplest of information.

If I could give negative stars I would... I have had 2 instances where I was waiting for almost 2 hours even though I was just there for a blood test and for a vaccine shot. The people at the front desk signed me in as a "walk-in" even though I was told from the doctor that I would have these things done quickly. The nail in the coffin was today... I called for an appointment. I was immediately put on hold and waited almost 15 minutes. So I called back, just to be put on hold again. Called again, and the lady at the front desk went on a rant that I was 10th in line and if I called back, I'd be put further down the line. She said since I couldn't wait on the phone, she'd call me back. So she called me back an HOUR later. I asked for an appointment and she got some of my details just to put me on hold again. I waited 10 more minutes on hold and decided to just forget trying. I am now looking for another place for my medical needs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE. I like Dr. Ramos but the front office is terrible.
