Dr.Mirza and his assistant Katrina are top notch care givers and I feel like I am in great hands. This whole thing is scary, but Dr.Mirza is very informative and knowledgeable. I think I get better care at Prarie than I did at Northeestern. Katrina spent an hour with me and in Chicago you are lucky to get fifteen minutes. All cardiologist can do these procedures. Its science and experience. The personal attention and caring are what makes my team exceptional.
Great Cardiologist and nurses are very nervous ce
Everyone I came in contact with was great! Registration was easy and friendly. Nate did a fantastic job explaining my test results and what my choices were. The nurses in the cath lab were very friendly and put me at ease. Dr Coello did a great job. This is a very professional organization.
Well they switched doctors on me and scheduled my 6 month check up for 2 months later (making it an 8 month check up). When I mentioned that I should have been contacted before rescheduling, I was LAUGHED AT by the receptionist. A rude woman named AUTUMN actually laughed at a cardio patient on the phone and proceeded to call me hateful, for speaking in a stressed out tone. AUTUMN, work on your customer service skills, patients deserve respect.
Prairie heart Carbondale Illinois absolutely the Best place for help and I thank Dr Les and Nate as well as Dr John Watson for without them I wouldn't be as live today and to say I love them all would be an understatement.
