Thriveni Sanagala, MD

While I really like Dr Sanagala, the visit today was very frustrating. I was called back after a very short wait in the lobby, but waited 1 hr in the exam room. Dr Sanagala apologized profusely, and it was sincere, I'm sure. I had to have some blood work done and the med tech missed on the first stick and had to try again in my other arm. She lacked confidence and maybe experience, either way it wasn't pleasant. All in, I was at the facility for 1 1/2 hours for a routine visit I do think this is an exception as I usually have a good experience with Dr Sanagala.

Dr. Sanagala is an excellent cardiologist who takes the time to discuss my heart health and concerns along with follow up exams, tests and review. The time with her is never rushed and is always willing to discuss the reasons for her recommendations. She is a caring physician.

Staff was great! Dr was very informative and helpful. Answered all questions. No long wait time. Had a pleasant visit. I would highly recommend this Dr and her office. All were very professional.

I've been dizzy and my heart rate has been high. One of her suggestions was to go to a gym. During a global pandemic. Despite my multiple immune disorders. Time to find a doctor with common sense.

They were unable to load the films in Loyola's System during my visit. They said they would call me back Thursday. It was frustrating to spend that amount of time there and leave without any information. This was not the Doctor's fault, they were through and professional. Margaret A. Klein
