Crusader Community Health Belvidere

I love Amanda Yates as my provider. I found her online and set up an appointment and have been going to her for a little over a year now. She's attentive has good bedside manner, she listens to me and helps me to get referrals to get the care I need. I message her when I need to on the healo app. That makes things a lot easier on me. I can get in fairly quickly with her abd for days when I'm sick there's the urgent care that they have which I use regularly. I cant think of one negative thing to say about her or Crusaders. I'm happy with the choice I made to switch!

Laura S- i would trust my life in your hands as a PA professional. I always thought MD'S are necessary above , but I was wrong. Laura helped me through the second most difficult time of my life. I needed psychological and physical attention to my health last year more than ever , and Laura treated that like an angel from God. Thank you for helping me through my psychological and physical needs ,medically. I will be in for a routine check soon! I highly recommend Crusader in Belvidere!

i am extremely distraught and disappointed with my experience at crusader clinic in Belvidere and i am going to be very specific with my experience with Brittany Buel as she has done nothing but play games with my health and well being! after asking her to increase my dose to the correct miligram for the fact that i need a higher dose of my medication she quickly said no with out letting me talk or explain and when i went in to the pharmacy to pick up my script i realized that she instead reduced my dose by 50% with out telling me or consulting with me and this is the 2nd month in a row that i struggle because i do not have enough medication do to the immediate reduction by 50%, this is medication that i really need and rely on to help me with my pain management and i made the decision to go on this medication because of the fact that it does not cause drowsiness or get me high and that is what i prefer, so after i realized the dose amount changed i called and left her a message thinking maybe it was a mistake and she simply ignored me for 4 days and i ended up getting very sick over that weekend because she simply did not do her job and take the time to call me back or help me refill my script after i ran out because she chose to cut me short. also every time i go in to see her for my script refill she never pushes out my appointments more than 2 months what my understanding is that i was to be pushed out 2 mos then 4 mos then 6 then 8 mos and on and on Especially for the fact that i have been going in for almost a year and a half of consistently showing up with out any issues, instead she kept me coming back and forth every 2 months and what a inconvenience it has been. this is very simple here if you do not know how to do your job as a nurse practitioner and you do not know how to listen to your patients then maybe you should be working at Mcdonalds or cleaning toilets, because that shows the level of your intelligence is limited or she is simply trying to dictate the situation for all the wrong reasons, i did not commit to taking this medication so that i can be under dosed and controlled in this manner, it is not ok to play games with my health and well being this is a situation that i take very seriously! i am not just a number and i am not a drug addict loser and i am not ok with being treated like trash this is not ok! who ever is in charge at crusader clinic in Belvidere needs to immediately talk some sense into Brittany Buel or any other practitioner who feels they can negatively dictate my health and well being and or treat patients in this manner for the sake of being in control. i am going to start by filing a complaint with the attorney general and the department of professional regulation and then department of health and i will also seek legal council to make sure this never happens again! i will be calling in to crusader clinic Belvidere tmrw in attempts to talk to the manager in charge of operations to see how we can resolve this issue, and if nothing is done i will be filing a lawsuit!

What a horrible experience. The therapist, specifically Ashley, was awful. She put me through an extremely traumatic ordeal and made an unnecessary fuss about me needing to be transported to the hospital. She and her coworker tried to force my parents to use an ambulance, even though it wasn't necessary at all. In fact, the ambulance staff themselves said they had no issue with my parents driving me to the hospital instead. The so-called 'translating' was just Ashley's coworker repeating everything in a wildly exaggerated manner. They even threatened to call the police over medical attention that was not needed. Ashley also mentioned that they would have forced me to stay and be observed against my and my family's will. On top of all this, they're terrible at answering the phone. Their behavior was absolutely disgusting, and I will not be returning.

Don't come here for your kids dental work , the assistants have bad energy and attitude. They don't talk to you afterwards about what to do with your toddler after extraction of tooth.
