Clinic of Belvidere

I had such a great experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, patient, and welcoming. The staff took the time to really listen to my concerns, and I left feeling truly heard and cared for. It's rare to find a place where you feel both comfortable and confident in the care you're receiving, but this clinic absolutely delivered that. Highly recommend!

Probably the rudest medical staff I have ever dealt with. Gives a blind lady an appointment on a day that Eileen is out of town. Then Eileen calls her...after my daughter had called and left messages...to see why they were not answering their door or phone...and told her she couldn't be knocking on her door like that...that was what the owner told Eileen. The sad part is not one apology for the mess THEY created. So if you are considering going to the Belvidere clinic...please reconsider. Eileen has no compassion for her patients. Now my daughter is back at the drawing board...she really thought Eileen was going to be a perfect match for her. My daughter feels worse than she did to begin with. Thanks for nothing Eileen. I hope you are proud of yourself and your staff cause you all are rude and a very sad example of a doctors office...who is suppose to be helping people. Update! Now this is in response to what was written underneath my review by supposedly the owner of the clinic of Belvidere. My daughter got a text at 10 o'clock stating she had an appointment at 11, which is when the appointment was supposed to be. we couldn't find the place searched everywhere. It's a really weird set up! The way you're building is so we had a hard time finding it. She called...the lady that answered was rude and very snide. We wouldn't be calling for the location if we didn't assume we had an appointment and we didn't do anything out of the way we called a couple different times to see if someone would answer because someone just answered the phone three minutes before that but then when we call back, there's no answer. There was nothing for you to be alarmed about. I'm a gray haired old lady and she's a blind girl. What did you have to be afraid of? this is ridiculous. You're not making yourself look any better with those remarks you have written because nobody was there to harm anybody. We were there to get the service that was promised. The receptionist from the ultrasound place next-door was very nice. She understood. She felt bad for us that there was nobody there. She couldn't tell us what was going on...so where you're getting the information that we were beating on the door is beyond me she tapped the door with her cane to make sure that someone could hear us maybe thinking they were in the back room and couldn't hear that we were at the door knocking so now again, nobody beat on the door and there definitely wasn't numerous messages...maybe 2 or 1 long one and only thing her message said was "please we're here I have an appointment at 11 o'clock will someone please help me"but no this is what we get...you throw it out there like we were causing trouble. We were not there to causing any trouble we were just there trying to fulfill an appointment so yeah you did do her wrong no matter how you look at it no harm was to be done to anybody we are harmless obviously but best of luck to you. My daughter left feeling bad because she felt she wasted my time. But in truth YOUR establishment wasted our time. I heard everything said when Eileen called...there was not one apology not one so to say that Eileen called and apologize...if a false statement. She most certainly did not apologize! Your information is false ma'am. That's how this is...it's a pretty sad situation. And I hope that no one else has to feel the way my daughter left their feeling. If we would've gotten a message we wouldn't of went through all this we wouldn't have put ourselves through all this hassle. We just wouldn't have came out but instead, we had to get ready come out and do everything you gotta do to go see a doctor, but we were jacked around no matter how you look at it we were jacked around. Really don't appreciate you putting on a public form that we were harassing you If you're afraid of a little old lady with gray hair and a blind girl...BOY you must be really scared when you go out into the big world. One more thing we sat in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes didn't see any of belvidere finest there at all. For your non emergency statement. I stand by my 1 star.

Hello, I would disregard the negative comment made by Kim F. In any business, if the phone or door is not being answered, a possibility of the business being closed is the simplest answer. The next step would be to reschedule, not banging on doors and getting upset. Additionally, Eileen is the best provider I have had in years. The staff is always helpful and they really practice professionalism and compassion. Great work Clinic of Belvidere!

As a longtime patient at this clinic, Eileen and the entire staff have always gone out of their way to be kind, caring, and professional. I've always felt listened to, respected, and truly cared for. Thank you

Eileen and her staff are the absolute best! I have never been to a clinician where I felt heard and respected. Highly recommend her!!!!
