SIHF Healthcare - West Belleville

I've been a patient of this place for a long time. Dr. Palmer is the current doctor but I've been around since Dr. Are good and a little before her too. My Father used to take me there himself since I don't drive and that was before his eye site went bad. Anyway since we don't have a vehicle anymore, we have to rely on others for help. Also this place has good staff but when it comes to our situation, who knows how many times we call up there only to get no answer and have to leave a message only to never get a call back when you need something from them. This gets annoying real quick. I don't know if they're short staffed, busy or what. Same applies to when we have our local pharmacy Wightman's call them or Cvs (after the switch since Wightman's closed). Now the staff call us when there's scheduled phone calls and such but never able to contact to them except a few occasions. It's frustrating especially since we're not even from Belleville.

I cannot say enough positive things about my healthcare provider and their incredible staff. From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted with kindness and professionalism. The staff is always attentive, courteous, and genuinely invested in providing the best care possible. Sydney Stevens, PA is truly exceptional--knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough in their approach. They take the time to listen to my concerns, explain treatments in a way that's easy to understand. Appointments are always on time, and the office is clean and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of trust and comfort. I feel fortunate to have found such a caring team that consistently goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch healthcare.

They don't keep appointments. They cancel the day of the appointment and offer an appointment 90 days out.

Ive been going here for years and its so sad now I have to literally beg to hear back for my diagnosis & then they tell you stuff over the portal now and dont elaborate, I have a whole food condition & they cant even explain what it is or what measures to take in between now and getting a food doctor.

SIHF is the best place to go for medical treatment. It's so clean and the staff is so friendly. They made my visit so pleasant. Thank you Dr. Palmer for easing my fear with Doctors, I'll definitely be back.
