Dr. Salvi has been our family doctor for 2 generations! Dr. Michelle is so kind and caring she feels like a best friend. Both Dr. Salvi's take time with patients and never make you feel like a number. I love this team so much I drive 2.5 hours to see them and it is worth it for the care I receive.

I came in for my usual annual check-up and was surprised to be told I had to pay a mandatory $35 "administrative fee." When I asked the front desk what the fee was actually for, I was told it was simply "to be a patient here." Seriously? I asked to speak with Tom Salvani directly, but he didn't have the courtesy to come out and speak with me. Instead, I was told I couldn't be seen unless I paid the fee. So I walked out and booked an appointment with another doctor in the area, one who doesn't charge ridiculous fees just to remain a patient. Save your time and money, go to a doctor who actually respects their patients.

I've been seeing Dr. Salvi now for six or seven years now. Extremely well versed and knowledgeable on everything we've discussed pertaining to my health. Polite, personable and just a genuinely nice person. Staff is friendly, facility is always spotless. Insurance and billing has been straight forward, no issues. I regularly recommend him to friends in the area if the topic of needing a doctor comes up. Don't have to think twice about it, 5 stars.

Nice Dr. but ridiculous office policies and front desk staff is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Went in on a Saturday and from the minute I said hello I was treated as if I had the audacity to speak. Very nose in the air kind of staff. No thank you, I'll go somewhere that treats patients with respect and values customer service!!

It's time to give credit where credit is due. Dr Salvi and his team are great people. Unlike most practices, they have not windsocked to the corporate droids and SAP dashboards that limit contact to 8 minutes per patient where the doctor never makes eye contact and types. Thank you for NOT being the also ran. Thank you for providing care over corporate hubris, policy and makework. Dr Salvi and his team are stand up folks that communicate, make eye contact and do all the stuff we used to do when we were human (eg: before corporate took over). Don't tell anyone though, keep it a secret. The corporate droids will show no impunities if compassion is detected. Corporate never took the oath.......Don't tell SAP or AI either. Shhh....let's keep it our secret......that of genuine human care.
