Doctor is very good and efficient. Friendly,always listens. I would recommend him and his office to everyone. They take time with you. When we saw him at hospital he talks to our boys and explains things. Even drew diagram on board to explain.

UPDATE: They have hired help and everything ran smoothly at our follow up appointment. I don't know of any other doctor's offices who value feedback as much as these guys. Highly appreciate that they care so much for it. Looking forward to coming back in January! Last time I was there was in September accompanying my grandfather. The staff was great, kind and respectful. HOWEVER, they were clearly and incredibly overworked. They need more employees here, period. I eventually had a follow up question about his medication, called plenty of times, was helped and told Dr Rampurwala would get back to me but he NEVER did. This could have risked my grandfathers health so I had to visit the office to ask the simple question personally. Front desk apologized for the mishandle and was very efficient in helping me. Nonetheless, the system they carry with so little employees is risky and allows for more room for error. Please hire more help, your employees and patients need it!

I was very impressed with the way I was treated = with courtesy, respect, and ushered into a treatment room in a timely manner. I was spoken to kindly and in a no-rush to usher me out. Dr. R is very thorough. He talks fast, but he does ask if you have any questions. I liked everyone there and I and happy to give he and his staff an excellent review.

I met Dr. R when I went to Sherman Hospital by ambulance with chest pain. I didn't have a heart doctor because it was my first experience and never thought about needing one. He must to have been the doctor on call and I was the lucky one to get him. I found him to be the most amazing human being. He treated me like I was his mother. He was genuinely interested in helping me. He truly saved my life. We had a code blue experience together from which he helped pull me through. That was Christmas 2014. Since then I have gone back every 6 months to let him know how I'm doing. If you, or someone you know is in need of a cardiologist, don't hesitate to call Dr. R. You will find him to be a wonderful doctor who cares about you as a person. Thank you Dr. R I will be forever grateful for all you have done for me over the last 5 years.
