I waited over an hour to see Dr.Hamilton. That's the only reason I did not give him 5 stars. With that said he was educated as to why I was there and had reviewed my chart throughly. I really appreciated that. He is kind and thoughtful and I was very comfortable with him. I was nervous about my new condition, and being in healthcare did not help that. He was considerate about my own knowledge base and my husbands as well. As we proceed forward with him I'm confident he will advocate for me and help me with what will come.

Monday, August 25, 2025, was my first appointment with Dr. Hamilton. MISTY, one of the office managers, took my information down and I gave her my $25 co pay for Trinity Health. She was very courteous and efficient.
I was led into a patient's room and Dr. Hamilton shortly appeared to examine me. He was tall like me and was very courteous. I described to him I have a coronary history on my father's side, as both he and his father before him passed away from heart attacks. Dr. Hamilton asked me my father's age of death and I replied 71 years old. I told him I have deep breathing with the slightest exertion. I told him I use a power lawn mower when I cut the grass but it is not self driven and I have to push it manually. I frequently take rest breaks. Dr. Hamilton asked me the duration time on these rest breaks and I replied ten minutes. I also told him I have NOT experienced any chest pains. I was asked if I had experienced any fainting spells or collapsed and I replied two years ago.
I have been scheduled for an echo stress test and pacing test in September.
